Jamell Hornbeck, a 32-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically passed away on November 28, 2021. On that fateful day, around 2 a.m., Kansas City police responded to reports of a shooting in the 4100 block of Montgall Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Hornbeck unresponsive in the street, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
