On November 15, 2023, at approximately 2:50 a.m., 44-year-old L'-Jomo Kenyatta Wilson was fatally shot near the intersection of 10th Street and Broadway Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. Responding to reports of gunfire, police officers found Wilson lying unresponsive in the street outside a vehicle, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
