Victor Byers, aged 46, tragically lost his life on September 2, 2019, in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred late at night near East 55th Street and Highland Avenue. According to reports, officers responded to the area after receiving calls about gunshots. By the time they arrived, Byers had already been transported to a nearby hospital with gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival. This marked the 102nd homicide in Kansas City for that year.
