Anthony Rice, aged 51, passed away on February 15, 2020, in Kansas City, Missouri. According to reports, he was found suffering from a gunshot wound to his head at 1027 E. 9th St. Officers responded to the scene following a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Rice in critical condition. He was transported to Truman Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after.
