In the early hours of Saturday, January 20, 2024, the life of 18-year-old Ka’Marr A. Brown was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in south Kansas City, Missouri. Responding to calls reporting the sound of gunfire just before 12:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 10700 block of Marsh Avenue.
