Richard Anderson, 33, male, was killed in a burst of overnight gunfire that shattered the quiet of St. Louis’ O’Fallon neighborhood in the earliest minutes of February 14, 2024. Just after midnight, shots rang out near the intersection of Kossuth and Turner, and when officers arrived they found Anderson suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
