On February 14, 2024, at approximately 12:30 a.m., 33-year-old Richard Anderson was found with gunshot wounds in the 4100 block of Turner Avenue in St. Louis's O'Fallon neighborhood. Police discovered him lying in the street near his residence; he was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
