Nelson Hall Jr., aged 28, tragically lost his life on June 21, 2022, in Saint Louis, Missouri. Hall was found dead alongside Angela Kabugu, 27, in an SUV that had crashed into a fire hydrant in the 1300 block of Temple Place, near Page Boulevard. Both victims had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, indicating that they were shot before the vehicle crash.
