In the autumn of 2016, the life of 27-year-old Lemmuel Williams was tragically cut short in a violent encounter in St. Louis, Missouri. On the evening of October 15th, Williams was in the 5100 block of Northland Avenue when a vehicle, described as a white Pontiac Grand Prix, approached.
