On February 29, 2024, 17-year-old Jobe Naylor was fatally shot while visiting a friend at the Garden Apartments in Lexington, Missouri. The incident, which occurred around 4:00 PM, also resulted in injuries to three other juveniles. Upon arrival, officers found Naylor deceased inside one of the apartments. Another victim was discovered outside, receiving life-saving measures from the officers, while a third individual had self-transported to the hospital.
