In the late evening hours of August 21, 2022, the life of 28-year-old David Wells was tragically cut short. A male victim, later identified as Wells, was discovered deceased in the middle of the street in the Near North Riverfront neighborhood of St. Louis. The discovery was made just after 9 p.m. at 200 East Grand Avenue.
