David A. Baker, a 32-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on the evening of Thursday, August 25, 2016, in the Dutchtown neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. in the 3700 block of Minnesota Avenue.
