Joseph Lawrence Titchen, a 38-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on November 7, 2018. He was found shot to death on the front porch of a home in Creve Coeur, a suburb of St. Louis. The police responded to a report of a shooting at Titchen's residence on Leisure Lane, where they discovered his body along with another man inside the home who had sustained gunshot wounds and was in critical condition.
