Early on the morning of Saturday, March 23, 2024, Kansas City police officers were dispatched to the 28th Terrace and Cleveland Avenue area following reports of gunfire. Arriving around 1:45 a.m., first responders discovered a male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
