In the quiet hours of a Thursday morning, a tragedy unfolded inside a home in Kansas City, Missouri, forever altering the lives of a family. On June 6, 2024, 15-year-old David Racey was killed in a violent shooting that also claimed the life of 33-year-old Ralph Miller. The incident, which police later described as an act of domestic violence, took place at a residence on Bellefontaine Avenue.
