In the summer of 2023, a life was abruptly cut short on the streets of Elizabeth, New Jersey. David Ernesto Guevara, a 33-year-old male, was found on the evening of June 23rd in the vicinity of Spring Street and 3rd Avenue, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
