On a late summer evening in Elizabeth, New Jersey, the life of 36-year-old Jermaine Lewis, a male resident of Barnegat, was tragically cut short. On September 1, 2020, at approximately 11 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting on the 600 block of Marshall Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Lewis with severe injuries from a gunshot wound.
