On November 16, 2023, at approximately 8:23 p.m., Camden County Police officers responded to reports of gunfire detected by ShotSpotter technology and 911 calls in the 200 block of North 33rd Street in Camden, New Jersey. Upon arrival, they discovered 29-year-old Edward Ross suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
