On a cold February evening in Camden, New Jersey, a car sat idling on the 2800 block of Constitution Road, an ominous stillness surrounding it that would soon be shattered by a grim discovery. It was February 27, 2019, when police responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle. Inside, they found 29-year-old Ryan Tisby and 33-year-old Tyrone Coleman, both unresponsive.
