In the early hours of a Saturday morning, the quiet of a Camden, New Jersey alleyway was broken by a grim discovery. On December 8, 2018, police responded to a call about an unconscious man and found 34-year-old Oreste Borrero lying in an alley off the 3100 block of Westfield Avenue. He was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
