Terrance "TJ" Palmer Jr., a 34-year-old man from Florida, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident in Portsmouth, Virginia, on January 20, 2023. The fatal event occurred just before midnight near the 3500 block of Towne Point Road, in close proximity to the Royal Farms convenience store.
