In the coastal city of Portsmouth, Virginia, the life of 34-year-old Terrance 'TJ' Palmer Jr. was cut short by an act of gun violence on the evening of Friday, January 20, 2023. A male victim of a gunshot wound was reported to the Portsmouth Police Department, who responded to the call on Towne Point Road. Upon their arrival, they discovered Palmer suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. Despite the immediate response, his injuries proved to be mortal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
