Brian Tyrone Taylor, a 42-year-old resident of Roanoke, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 23, 2023, in a shooting incident at the Shishka Hookah Bar located at 114 Campbell Avenue in Roanoke. The incident occurred around 1:23 a.m. when Roanoke City Police officers heard gunshots and responded to the scene. Upon arrival, they found a large crowd gathered outside the business and Taylor lying on the sidewalk with apparent gunshot wounds.
