Morgan Nino Stamper-Dizon, a 19-year-old from Roanoke, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 23, 2017. On Thanksgiving Day, Stamper-Dizon was found with a fatal gunshot wound in the 200 block of Liberty Road. He was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly after being discovered.
