Justin Elijah Thomas Jennings, a 31-year-old resident of Roanoke, Virginia, tragically passed away on July 17, 2019. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred near Orange Avenue and 11th Street NW in Roanoke. This incident also claimed the life of 21-year-old Kyyona Casey and left 30-year-old Deontray Clemens injured. The shooting happened just days after an anti-gun violence event in the city, highlighting the ongoing struggle with gun violence in the area.
