Death by Force

On July 1, 2023, 58-year-old Raymond "Raynard" Byers was found deceased in his apartment on Chamberlayne Avenue in Richmond, Virginia. Richmond Police officers, responding to a wellness check around 9:30 a.m., discovered Byers with a fatal gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
