David L. Briggs, a 28-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on March 29, 2015. The incident occurred in South Richmond, where David was found with life-threatening gunshot wounds near the intersection of Deerwood and Bradford roads. He was discovered by police officers near the side of a vacant house and was immediately transported to VCU/MCV Medical Center. Despite the medical team's efforts, David succumbed to his injuries the following evening.
