In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Richmond, Virginia, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. On January 16, 2024, at approximately 10:44 p.m., police responded to a call about a person down in the 400 block of Vale Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of 20-year-old Make’L Linton at the intersection of Vale Street and Richmond Henrico Turnpike. He was unresponsive and had sustained an apparent gunshot wound.
Emergency medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
