On February 7, 2024, 21-year-old Antwone Vernell Ousley of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident. The Newport News Police Department responded to reports of gunshots in the 500 block of Bulkeley Place, where they discovered Ousley suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
