In the late summer of 2016, the life of James Gerard White, a 32-year-old male resident of Hampton, Virginia, was brought to a tragic and violent end. On the afternoon of August 21st, inside an apartment at the Warwick Village Apartments on Nelson Drive in Newport News, a senseless act of violence unfolded, forever altering the lives of two families.
