Destiny Kamara Tucker, 27, a woman from Winston-Salem, was found with gunshot wounds inside a residence in the 3900 block of Cullen Street at 10:16 p.m. on September 11, 2025. Officers with the Winston-Salem Police Department and EMS responded, and Destiny Kamara Tucker, 27, a woman, was pronounced dead at the scene.
