Pariss Tucker Baines, 50, a Black/African American female, died on June 13, 2025, after gunfire erupted outside the Creekwood Apartments on Old Greensboro Road in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Police and emergency crews were called just after 9 p.m. to the complex at 2425 Old Greensboro Road, where investigators would later determine that the shooting began in the parking lot.
