On March 12, 2024, 20-year-old Khatori "Tori" Harper was fatally shot alongside a 14-year-old boy in Portsmouth, Virginia. The incident occurred shortly after 3 p.m. at the Seaboard Square Apartments near Turnpike Road. Both victims were found with gunshot wounds and succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
