Christian Garcia-Torres, a 25-year-old resident of Redwood City, was tragically shot and killed on May 4, 2021, in an East Palo Alto parking garage. The incident occurred at 1777 Woodland Avenue around 9:10 p.m. when East Palo Alto police received a call reporting the shooting.
