Alexis Pulido Garcia, a 28-year-old resident of Hayward, California, was tragically shot and killed on the night of January 28, 2020, in East Palo Alto. The incident occurred on the 900 block of Mouton Circle, where officers responded to reports of a possible shooting at around 8:06 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Garcia suffering from a gunshot wound and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
