Armando Montelongo Espinoza, aged 52, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2020, in Palo Alto, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Montelongo Espinoza called the city's 24-hour dispatch center to report that he had been shot. The shooting took place on the 700 block of San Antonio Road. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Montelongo Espinoza suffering from a gunshot wound to his stomach.
