On a Friday evening in Germantown, Maryland, the life of Errick Roy Dixon, a 57-year-old man originally from Jamaica, was tragically cut short. On June 9, 2023, at approximately 8:03 p.m., the sounds of gunfire shattered the evening calm at the Middlebrook Commons apartment complex located in the 19500 block of Gunners Branch Road. Residents of the complex made multiple calls to the Montgomery County Police Department to report the shots.
