Jeffrey Baffour Akowuah, a 21-year-old resident of Germantown, Maryland, tragically lost his life on May 11, 2022, in a double shooting incident. The incident also claimed the life of 16-year-old Cesar Segovia from Gaithersburg. According to reports, the two individuals met for unknown reasons in the area of 19600 Crystal Rock Drive around 4:10 p.m. on that day.
