Andrew Douglas Turner, an 18-year-old resident of Germantown, Maryland, was tragically shot to death on December 16, 2017. Turner was found with a gunshot wound in a breezeway at the Fields of Germantown apartment complex, located in the 12900 block of Falling Water Circle. He was pronounced dead at the scene by authorities. Turner was a resident of the apartment complex where the shooting occurred.
