In the winter of 2017, the life of 18-year-old Andrew Douglas Turner was tragically cut short in what police described as a drug deal gone wrong. On the afternoon of Saturday, December 16th, authorities received a 911 call reporting a man had been shot at a residence on Falling Water Circle in Germantown, Maryland. First responders arrived at the home to find Andrew, a male resident of the address, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
