On the evening of February 10, 2022, a 19-year-old male named Keon Jones was walking to his residence in Germantown, Maryland. At approximately 9:06 p.m., near the intersection of Cinnamon Drive and Mustard Seed Court, a vehicle approached him. An individual inside the car opened fire, striking Jones with at least one gunshot. The vehicle then fled the scene, leaving him critically wounded.
