Stephen Alexander Frazier, a 20-year-old resident of Germantown, Maryland, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:32 a.m., on Churchill Ridge Circle. Responding officers from the Montgomery County Police Department found Frazier suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being transported to a local hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
