Cesar Segovia, a 16-year-old from Gaithersburg, MD, tragically lost his life on May 11, 2022, in a double shooting incident in Germantown, MD. The incident occurred in the afternoon, and Montgomery County Police responded to the scene. Cesar was found with a gunshot wound and was transported to Holy Cross Germantown Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
