On May 21, 2024, at approximately 6:00 a.m., 38-year-old Arthur Edward Mann II was fatally shot at a Citgo gas station located at 6241 Richmond Highway in the Fair Haven area of Fairfax County, Virginia. According to the Fairfax County Police Department, an argument between Mann and another individual at the gas pump escalated, resulting in Mann being shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
