Cole James Clark, a four-year-old boy from Locust Grove, Virginia, tragically died on May 15, 2017. The incident occurred at an in-home daycare in Orange County, Virginia, where Cole fatally shot himself with a firearm he found in the home. The firearm was not a service weapon, despite the home being owned by Nicholas Stoia, a recruit at the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
