Demonte Lamont Tillery, a 30-year-old resident of Suffolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2024, in a shooting incident that occurred in the 800 block of East Washington Street, near White Marsh Road. The incident took place at approximately 11:25 p.m., when Suffolk Emergency Communications Center received multiple 911 calls reporting gunfire in the area.
