Karlton Antonio Arline, a 29-year-old resident of Suffolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 1, 2022. He was born on July 9, 1992, and was affectionately known as "Chuckie" by his family and friends. On the night of his death, Suffolk Police received a call around 10:50 p.m. regarding a shooting incident in the 600 block of First Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Karlton Antonio Arline with gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
