In the early morning hours of February 6, 2021, tragedy struck in Suffolk, Virginia, ending the life of 25-year-old Diamonta Christopher Price. The young man, a resident of East Washington Street, was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the 600 block of the same street shortly after midnight. Emergency services were quick to respond, and Price was rushed to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, he ultimately succumbed to his wounds.
