In the early morning hours of January 29, 2023, the life of 67-year-old Dorothy 'Dot' Brice, a female resident of Rock Hill, South Carolina, was tragically cut short in her home on Harrison Street. Responding to a call about a shooting victim, paramedics and police officers arrived to a somber scene.
