On December 24, 2023, 38-year-old Ian Kyle Ravenel of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, was fatally shot at a Parker's Kitchen gas station on Windsor Hill Boulevard in North Charleston. The incident occurred around 11:15 p.m., when an argument escalated into a deadly exchange of gunfire inside the store.
