JasCere Stokes, a 21-year-old from North Charleston, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 5, 2018, due to a gunshot wound. The incident occurred on Mosstree Road in North Charleston, where police responded to reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers discovered a grey Ford F-150 with extensive gunshot damage.
