On a late Saturday night bleeding into the early hours of Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024, the Domino Lounge on Dorchester Road in North Charleston, South Carolina, became the scene of a fatal shooting. Inside, 46-year-old Jermel Brown, a male resident of Summerville, was shot. The North Charleston Police Department was called to the nightclub at approximately 2 a.m. in response to the violence that had erupted.
