Willie Lee Duggans, an 18-year-old resident of North Charleston, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on October 10, 2017. The incident occurred in the Chicora-Cherokee neighborhood, specifically in the area of Redwood Street and Spruill Avenue. Around 3:30 p.m., officers responded to a call reporting shots fired. Upon arrival, they found Duggans lying on the porch of an apartment, suffering from gunshot wounds to his chest. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
